Right to be forgotten
Medodi operates on a Zero-Knowledge architecture. Your medical data and documents are end-to-end encrypted on your device before reaching our servers. We do not have the ability to read, share, or access your encrypted vault data.
However, your account identifier (email address used for login via Google/Apple) is stored to allow you to connect your encrypted vault across devices.
How to request deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your Medodi account and all associated encrypted metadata from our cloud servers, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Please include the email address associated with your Medodi account.
Critical Warning
Once your account is deleted, your cloud sync will be disabled, and any encrypted backups stored on our servers will be permanently destroyed. We cannot recover this data under any circumstances.
